10 years of Pinnacle HR. What a milestone.

When I think about the last decade, there's so much I'm proud of. Brilliant clients, challenging conversations, important decisions, and plenty I've learned along the way. Reflecting on how far we’ve come, it felt like the right time to refresh the Pinnacle HR brand.

More than a new logo

When I chose the name Pinnacle HR, I wanted it to represent a point that organisations could reach. But you don't reach the pinnacle alone. It takes people at the heart of your business. Growth, confidence, and trust were always part of that idea, and they've shaped the business from the beginning. When I was choosing the new logo, that's exactly the ethos I wanted to carry forward.

So here it is. It looks more like where the business is today, while keeping the same purple that's been part of Pinnacle HR since day one. Within the P, there's a figure of a person.

That small detail says it best: Pinnacle HR is a people business.

The next 10 years

I've been thinking a lot about what I want Pinnacle HR to be known for over the next 10 years, and it comes back to something simple: we don't believe in advising from the sidelines. We want to be on the field with the businesses we work with.

That means having real skin in the game. It only works if there's trust on both sides — a client feeling as genuinely invested as we are, not just one side handing down recommendations. Whether it’s through Talent Acquisition, Executive Coaching, or HR & Talent Consultancy, that's the standard we hold ourselves to.

10 Lessons from 10 Years

To celebrate 10 years of Pinnacle HR, I'm sharing one lesson each week, drawn from everything I've learned along the way.

These aren't generic business takeaways or a list of things I think everyone should do. They're much more personal than that. Some came from experience, some from getting things wrong, and plenty from clients, colleagues, and conversations I've had over the years.

Even if you've worked with us for years, I think you'll still find something new in here. And if you're newer to Pinnacle HR, I hope it gives you a better sense of who we are and how we work.
